I saw a chameleon the other day......what a wonderful experience. They are like "hen's teeth" due to the destruction of their natural habitat. The local people are also very superstitious and believe that seeing a chameleon will bring bad luck so they kill them if they can.

They are marvelous creatures. It is a small one. My parents said that their garden is full of chameleons. It is a shame that they are killed. These won't be killed though, my parents love them.
